What is the return policy?
We don’t currently offer returns, but we really want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, just drop us a message on Instagram @pocketilm and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you 💬
Please note: if a return is agreed, postage and packaging costs will need to be covered by the customer.
Do you facilitate for worldwide shipping?
Currently, we only ship to the UK, and Europe.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
UK Shipping is free :) For European countries, shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
